INW PCP Website design

Inner North West Primary Care Partnership (INW PCP) is a network of local health & community service organisations working together to improve the health of communities in the Inner North West region of metropolitan Melbourne.

In 2015 they appraoched me to redesign their website to make it more visually engaging and to enhance the usability so visitors could more easily find what they were looking for. I simplified the design, updated the images and typography to make it look and feel more contemporary. In addition I designed a micro-site for their  Koolin Balit Consortium project.
